Ok, so this recently got price voted for 1 bud, as it had a sale which didnt sell for a bud (mine). But it did: I sold it for 1 bud 1 key.

Ill also use the other trade used as proof on the other vote, so credit to Merndy the Meatwad
Sale #1: 1.4 * 0.9 = 1.3 buds

The main reason why 1 bud was accepted is because it hasn't sold at 1 bud for a while.
Maybe 1 - 1.3? Doesn't seem right to take it out of the range.
Yeah, I was uncertain between 1 and 1-1.3, votes were extremely positive so I just accepted 1 flat. 1-1.3 would work here as well though really
If someone cannot sell this for 1 bud for 1 week, it shouldn't be valued much higher than 1 bud. If you're going to change the range at all, it should be 1 - 1.1 since you sold it for pure.
To be fair, heavy hats are never gonna sell quick :P Just because of that B/O doesn't mean it can't sell over 1 bud at all.
No it was me who didnt sell for a week, and that was because it was untradeable. I had an offer of 1 bud 1 key after a few days.
It's on outpost for a bud right now, still unsold. 1 Definitlely shouldn't be dis included.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24928705 You had it up for a week after it became tradable
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25000291 The current seller at 1 bud for a week
But nonetheless, a range at 1-1.3 would be fine
