Fedora = 5.8
Harmbug = 5.8*0.9=5.22(rounded up to 5.2)=5.2

He got offered aussie pro wrench, eerie hottie, bills, 2 keys, i just need to find a mini for the wrench
He's still been selling for 2 weeks at less than 5 buds though, he just moves to a new trade whenever he sells a few unusuals to merge it with the new ones. If a clean one cant even sell for less than 5 buds, the mini seems like an outlier.
Even if he does sell it, cannot exceed B/O of pure so the sale would still be below 5.
an Aussie Prof wrench was sold yesterday(20 feb) on the community market for 96$ which is actually almost 4 buds but since there's a seller for 37 keys (3buds+1 keys) http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25125017 i'll count it as that.
3 bud+1 key+2.4bud(hoodie)+2 keys+bills(3keys)=5.9 bud*0.9=5.3 bud eh...
may be lower but he didn't accept the offer either so..
And not only that http://backpack.tf/item/1210995122 but the cosa is duped to and requires a mini as well. Unusuals above a certain value (3 buds I believe?) requires a mini to show their value as many traders value duped high tiers of lesser value.
Anyways, with the Cosa duped, the mini you have is invalid, and there seems to be a clean GE Fedora with a B/O less than 5 buds unsold for 2 weeks now. I'd find a proper mini on a duped GE Fedora if you can, maybe keep an eye on Chilled's trade and see if his quicksells or not at 42 keys (3.5 buds). http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25136890
