Conclusion: With the numbers of sellers Selling bellow backpack.tf prices compared to the people who are selling it for mid end or higher, The people selling it for lower Outweighs them

Reasoning behind Price: I could just say I did math, But the community hates it. Lot of sellers selling for .13 usd or lower

Your second .11 seller doesn't seem to have any more stock / isn't selling any more. That being said, I like to have more than one valid seller for either end of the range.
