Well the trade isn't a clear cut 168 key pure. I could identify 2 gifted buds + 90 keys pure + Strange Silver Botkiller Minigun Mk.II involved from the backpack history.

There might be more buds involved in the trade which he immediately sold it for keys so it wasn't recorded on their item histories. You should probably add the seller to figure out the exact trade content as it is hard to work it out through backpack histories.
