Seller for 9.5 buds:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22870161 - 5 months old
I'm just gonna copy what I said on my suggestion:
"There is absolutely no good reason to cap the value of a hat with a tight range and pure sales based on a b/o when the b/o is literally the average value between the sales. If the hat were to sell today for it's b/o (and this hat is clearly capable of selling for this much given the sale @ 10 pure) there would be no issue, it would just be a helpful supporting sale. And it's not like capping it at the b/o would make the price be 9.5 flat; instead the price would be 9.25, which makes no sense given that the only reason the price isn't 9.5 is because of a b/o at 9.5, yet the price is ends up lower"
Also, as mindacos pointed out, the sale at 9 happened super fast. Pricing it at 9.25 when there was a sale at 10 and a quicksell at 9 seems quite misrepresentative of the actual value.
Then why is your suggestion 9-10 lol
Because there was a sale at 9, a sale at 10, and a seller at 9.5. 9 - 10 seemed to fit the best.
Nice, you edited.

^ Is what you wrote. You stated pricing something via a quicksell is misrepresentative, yet you have the low end at 9, is that not unrepresentative?
One last thing. http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/447645
He's relisted it 3 times, is it really a quicksell?
He didn't relist it for ~6 Months before he decided to relist it at 9, which only took a day to happen.
His first two trades haven't been open for 6+ months. He re-opened the trade a week ago, and it sold in a day.
Also, what did I edit? I'm 90% sure I didn't change anything. Tbh I didn't check how long the 9 sale took, I just made sure it was right and used it with the 10 sale, sue me.
0.o so you're saying there's a chance! (referring to the 90% thing)
I did edit a couple comments / posts places to clarify things, I didn't think that was one of them though.
@Mindacos, aiight. have no response to that.
@Pie, you edited, I noticed that. And since it was indeed a quicksell, why is 9 in the range of your suggestion, if you're trying to prove someone wrong, don't make the same mistake.
