There should always be enough evidence to back up the new proposed value.
However, it appears that the evidence is not strong enough, or cherry-picked
in a way that does not represent the actual market value of the item.
Therefore, this suggestion has been closed.

With the dawn of all unusual prices migrating into pure keys, I thought it a travesty to leave this one in terms of its original suggested bud pricing when buds are now less than half of what they were then. To that end, this is less a price suggestion and more of a price correction for the conversion of bud pricing to key pricing.
Only one sale of this unusual was made EVER, that trade was accepted to price this unusual, only one of this unusual exists to this day, and I still have no inclination of selling it.
Can't use proof that outdated (or at least I don't think you can). It ill unfortunately have to resell for an accurate price.
It has to have sold at 45 keys too for it to have been a range.

There is no way a one year old sale can be used as an evidence, sales that have occurred over one month ago can already be thought of being outdated
