1) I used sales pertinent to the time period at which the sale took place, rather than what you appear to have obtained, which was the most recent sales.

2) You appear to have used a differing value of keys, I'm not sure from where. If you could clarify, that would be appreciated.

3) If by comment you mean by Same2me, his comment only supports my range.
