Evidence of the new price reflects Max's Head at current price (27-28 keys). Note that the trade was created 6 months ago when it was 62.7 keys (lowered to 38-40 keys on 2/27). Also the guy selling it has only 2 trade histories on Outpost ever. http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/500274

I sent him a trade offer a few days ago and no responses so far. He's clearly not an active trader and has no listings on BP: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198075228836

Even if we assume the price of Max's Head when the trade was made was exactly the average of 62.7 keys and 38 keys, that would give us 50-51 keys.
