Both Shamans in existance are duped (steam support duped once) the other one's last sale was more than 3 months ago (between 21 and creamy i think).
This is the only recent sale.
If there are only dupes and the hat rarely sells I think it's allowed to use dupes (One of my suggestions got accepted while the hat was duped).
