That'd be reverse overpay.

Polar doesn't like it, but he said it's up to the suggestor's discretion

I find it difficult to decide on that, especially since there's a bunch of pricings Im planning on doing, all depending on the war pigs value. If Im going to make a chain of suggestions, the last bit of the chain will end up being 0.6-0.7*value, in which case applying it will beat its purpose
