sold for a TF logo thirst blood worth around 36 keys and people on classifieds ask for 28 keys. avrage 36+28 / 2 = 32 keys.
32 X 0.9 is ~29

You should make a new suggestion. Find a sale for the thrist blood, and take the value from that sale as your value of the thirst blood. The fact that people ask for 28 on outpost probably means its lower than 36.
After you have the value of the thrist blood, multiply it by 0.9 => this is applying overpay
Make your new suggestion at the value you get. Suggest at a flat value (so no range) unless more sales have occurred. I'd look into it for you, but I have to go. If you still need help in a few hours, you can add me and I'll help you
