Bought this for a clean beams panama (reasonably priced at 56 keys) + 10 keys:

You need to apply overpay

Also, beams panama is outdated and needs a mini

also again, we can't see from the trade that it WAS a beams panama

However, in terms of overpay, the other trader contacted me for the deal, so I wouldn't see overpay as a matter in this trade. Out of curiosity however, what would you suggest the correct value would be taking into account overpay

like it always is 0.9

if he offered the towel on your panama then you dont need overpay

but you do need to update the panama
