Sale 1 seems like an outlier since it was a straight downgrade.
Sale 2, a Midnight Whirlwind Oblooterated was added on top of the RPS. Those making it lower. And well, phantom is even more outdated now, I don't like it being used.
Guess this might finally be priced now.
