There are multiple sales in the 100 keys region to be calling these outliers. Yes there are 120 pure offer and another 131 cs go keys offers. But i wouldn't take the 120 pure offer seriously. He didn't even have that amount of key in his backpack when he offered that. 131 keys cs:go offer may be an outlier looking at this seller http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26120068

So we have sales at 99 keys(~100) , 100 keys(capped maybe even less) 106 keys, 107 keys and 125 keys pure. I would probably go with a range of 100-125 keys to include the multiple sales in the 100 keys region.
