Total value of the KE is 1000 keys due to the buyout.
I don't see how the evidence here differs from my suggestion, a past b/o of should not determine a value of a hat, for exampe my past b/o was 1500keys that wouldnt make the ke 1500 would it. Andrew sold it for 1300~ (not including overpay), 1200 after overpay, that wont make sense if u make a price based on a 1000 key pure b/o, as less then 0.1% of the market actually has that(1000keys in one's bp is extremely rare to come by). I doubt andrew would have taken anything under -1200 in unusuals. anyway gl with this, regardless of the copied evidence.
note that: 2 months ago bud prices were different, the mass repricing of the market would have led to slower changes in b/o's. e.g andrew could have wanted 1100-1200 keys, and wasnt aware of the change; as if he was i dont think he would be looking for buds.
Actually when the trade happened buds were only 8 keys but likely that buyout should be ignored or taken at what it was when the trade was originally posted (9.5 keys per bud so 950 keys).
Rounds to 1000 keys :3
Buyout still caps the price at that
Only if you go by the original posted date. 100 buds would have only been 800 keys on the date the trade actually happened.
We'll see
At least this suggestion doesn't have a range :>
I guess buyouts in buds are really difficult to work with around that time, since a difference of a few days can be a 20% drop in value with the exact same sale. Id personally say that dropping it to 800 would be over the top for this sale, but considering he was willing to let it go at 100buds when they were 9.5, capping at that value seems to be closest to accurate that we can get with this
How is this dropping? >_>
Current: $2.250.01
New: $2,286.60
wot
In terms of key pricing :P
In terms of money I guess not
984+1140=2124
2124/2=1062 is the current mid price.
1000 is the new price. so its a drop :p
bu-but it's a rise :p
should just make it a sideways arrow with a red line and a green triangle.
Green triangle? :o
Illuminati confirmed!
Current $ price is only calculated by the low end (when it was priced in buds). Thats a bug.
Just going to peek in and leave a comment since this whole B/O mess seems to be pulling on the suggestion a lot.
A lot of my old trades around 2-3 months ago are a bit in-accurate do to bud fluctuation and my overall laziness to correct them. If you notice my trades a couple days later after that post was closed (for updating reasons almost right after I sold the KE) I started using keys instead of earbuds.
When the buyer contacted me we sorted this bit out especially since we were using unusuals in the deal and had an agreed price of a good bit over current evaluation of the unusuals, however that's a different story and the KE will most likely naturally raise in price.
As for now my BO was a good bit off of that current times bud pricing since the fall was taking place and I was scrambling to change up my trades - take it as you will, but that's my 2 cents on the matter.
