Conclusion aka tl;dr: Pile of unusable shit and sales for 14 pure and 21 not. There's nothing to prove that 14 nor 21 are outliers, making a range. I don't mind if you leave this suggestion to be opened for a while, just to see what will happen with seller on outpost. But not till my proof will be too old, pls :D
