He needs sales, and high-end buyers. Sellers do not mean anything when it comes to raising prices.

If this does not make sense to you, as an analogy, I can sell a single scrap metal for 10000 keys, but it wouldn't make a difference to the actual value of the scrap metal, because nobody will actually buy it.
