You actually don't need to get solds for lowering an item. All you need is unsolds and sellers.

Solds are only needed for raising an items price.

would you consider this a good amount of evidence?

Sales can be used to lower a price under certain circumstances, i.e. took 2 weeks to sell a 1.66 ref item for 1.33.

As for the suggestion, you should screenshot the first 3 pages of the Classifieds. They're filled with 7 ref sellers; might save your suggestion since most of the Outpost sellers you provided are young.
