If the TC price is old, does it also need a mini? Like there's a suggestion out ATM to update the price, but does the TC need a mini if it serves as a mini for the outdated capotain? Really hoping I can get a third person on this because I honestly have no clue and this suggestion looks good if there needs to be no mini for the mini.

Yes, it also do need another mini. There is no way that the Steaming TC is going to be worth 72 whereas the Smoking TC is worth 42.
