Excluding sale 3 from the suggestion as it looks pretty much like an outlier, considering the offers are around the suggested range, not to mention that I'd also managed to sell it within a day.

*Prices of australiums are based on the current lowest steam market values to reflect better pricing.

So let's say the buto is ~150-160 conservatively. Even if we take the noble at a low 50 and don't apply overpay, the sale value there is going to be no more than 260.

Sales here at 215, no more than 260, 310, and 400. I would probably call the 215 and 400 sales as outliers on either end. Would need more solid justification for calling both 215 and 260 outliers here.
