I would go 16-19. It's a pure sale, and it's not far from 18 keys. Outliers are defined by deviations from the mean. 19 is not far deviation. Also, there is nothing wrong with countering as long as credit is given. We are all here as a community to improve the listed prices on items. We should work as a team. Stealing proof without credit is plagiarism. As long as credit is given, it's fine.
