Can't explain it but go look at some other unusual price suggestions.
A mini is referring to a mini-suggestion.
This applies to suggestions that has an unusual that is updated 3 months ago or more / duped involved in a sale and still wish to be priced by using that sale. You would need to make a suggestion for that item in this suggestion to prove that it is worth that amount of value.
tl;dr You need to find a sale on the duped Sunbeams Sack to prove that it's worth 49.
