Given the abundance of lower sales Id say a range is in order here, but 18 pure is quite solid. The pusher sale supports a higher range, but by itself is probably high given current buyouts. Worth resuggesting for, Im going 13-18"

Sales at 13, 13 and 14, the myb sale that should be ~14, the 2:1 that supports, 18 keys pure and the pencil sale thats probably an outlier here, but supports a higher value. 13-18 should work here
