Range is very wide. One of these sales is probably an outlier.

Only one being traded, Stalin is not selling it on outpost or here.

I will think the 165 is the oulier since the hellmet price and the bonnet prices are changing faster than the headsplitter will ever do. But my opinion is probably not proof enough.

Doesn't make one of these values not an outlier. Check the offers on either of these seller's trades, I'm not doing it for you again.

Highest offer with price was DedAndrei's Anti Freeze Toy Soldier @ 75 keys which is lower than the lower end here and the lowest sale.

The AF Toy Soldier was priced before it came multi-class, 75 keys is invalid for it. You're going to have to do some investigation into the unpriced offers.
