what rates did you use to convert 70 euros to 23 keys? keys are ~2.2€; 70/2.2 = ~32
uh
i would have to use with taxes and withut wich im not sure how the sale was
thats roughly 27 after taxes. personally Id exclude the torcher sale completely, but 23 flat is too low if it sold for 70 on the scm. You can make a range either 27-32 or 23-32 with this.
However, seeing as the person that got the flame thrower for it had declined 30 before - or well, he had been offered 30 and took this instead - it seems as if the seller valued the flame over 30, which explains why that sale seems so low by comparison (which would support 27-32 rather than 23-32)
Odd... looks like someone was about to pay 30 on it: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27417148
