Conclusion: Three sales, one at 54, one at 55, one at bulk that would put it at 60. Using 54-55.

Theres 3 keys added to the raincatcher in that mini, which would put it at 32. Quite sure that thats low

with those offers and the fact that the tricorn is only a little bit outdated, it would put that sale very close to 60

I wouldnt directly use the bulk either, but that other sale is ~60 here realisticly
