Refer to the last suggestion http://backpack.tf/vote/id/56ac2fd8dea9e9e1510020c3 - it wasn't sold for 19, I sold it on scrap.tf for 18.5 but I don't really think that can be considered a valid sale.
why would you rise it up to 0.5 key or a few refs?atleast if one key increment,then its fine by seeing the history of the previous votings.
Looks like the current range is fine here. A few at 17.5-18 to counter the 18.5 sale you have here.
