I think this sale should not be used for the peculiarity, or should be treated like an outlier.

Technically, the sale from the last suggestion is still valid (it was november 30th, a little more than 2 months old). The person that got it in the sale from that suggestion has been unsuccessful in selling it at a buyout of 80 for roughly a month and a half:

Both the danger sale and the pure sale mentioned below support that this is too high (as the danger may not have other usable sales, it was unsold at 55 for 3 months, so that sale is around the current value and should be capped at the buyout of 80 mentioned above).

This is likely so high because the napo complex is on the high side (as is the hwah, which is actually outdated). The sale from the complex on which the last suggestion was based is over 3 months old and took almost 6 months to sell, which typically gives values that are too high :P
