Sales generally cluster at 70-90. The 110 sale is very old and 140 is a definite outlier even with current buyouts (which are all high and they get limited attention)

Excluding insanely low sale, the QS, the 110 sale and the 140 one as outliers, making a range with both ends supported by pure sales; 70-90
