Going with 24-26.

3 pure added with the Noble in sale #1.

This seems low to me, especially if it's readjusted to 23.5, so I'm gonna check for additional sales. Buyers don't directly counter your range, but they aren't far below it either.

Following up on this, I didn't find much. Just a few sales with outdated hats.

So there's a sale at 27. No point in you re-suggesting then for a wider range of 23-27 when the average is the same as your current suggestion.
