What was paid:

Duped sunbeams reggaelator -185 - http://imgur.com/a/1BNVP <- what the Reggae was bought with (burning belgium detective(200 at the time), owner of reggae added 15 keys, 200 - 15 = 185

Clean cloud 9 virtual viewfinder. (Cleanest in the world at the time.) -150.

Owners notes: I have already declined an offer of 318 in unusuals and would like to have this updated so I don't have to constantly deal with lowballs around 150 keys. Even though it's staying close to me for the forseeable future this current price is very low.

You'll need to get a mini for the reggarlator because it's outdated, especially since it's probably worth less than 190 (duped seller at 175, clean seller at 180 on the classifieds)

Also your math is wrong--the bicorne + sweets you received (assuming they are the correct prices w/o minis) already total ~200 keys--which means that the kabuto would be around 150.

I edited my first comment as well--I'm pretty sure your math is wrong--if you paid ~350 and received what you say, then you received ~200 keys + the kabuto, which would make it around 150, not 250. Looks as if you forgot to subtract the bicorne.

the bicorne wasn't a part of the trade, it was a c/o the owner of the kabuto had, was actually supposed to remove that due to not having any evidence on the actual offer

There are a few issues here. The burning belgium has an old price. I'm only able to find two recent, usable sales on it. One looks like a legitimate outlier at 110 keys pure. But here is the other sale - http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561197966756586#!/compare/1460678400/1460851200 - at 140 pure

The viewfinder is updated at 140, so it would be fine to use that value. And it looks like the other values you have used here are going to be fine.

So the sale value I'm getting is (125+140+7) - (75+17+9) = ~170
