31,32,33,36(pure),38,39,40,41,44

above 40 is definitely outlier zone as shown by the 40 B/O not selling for 3 weeks, coupled with the 2 week 39 B/O.

Some 40 key B/Os show >40 isn't really the norm as well, especially the 39 B/O.

31 would also be excluded as it seems the merryweather may have been overvalued.

Going with 32-40, with the pure sale at 36 sitting nicely in the middle.
