I thought Regen sold the hat, I looked at his outpost and concluded it sold within a few hours for 40

The Miami version sold for over 100 so not sure if this is low or other is high.
I'll just say that not many people prefer this effect. Miami lights look much better.
QS easily. GBH sold for 350 in items, vivid went for around 400 I believe.
There is a buyer at 40 for every unusual casemaker, doesn't that show that 40 is an outlier?
where's that buyer at? you got his listing? I'll go snap up the 3 unusual casemakers on scm that are ~ 30 keys and sell em to him in a week lols
edit: also there's a couple listed @ 40 on classifieds for DP and Bubbling, I doubt there would be if there was a legit buyer at 40 for every effect

cuz he had 40 keys for like a day about 3 weeks ago and hasn't since then :) so unless 23 = 40 ... he's not a valid buyer and hasn't been for 3 weeks ish
