Capping the 54 sale at 50, due to the strange seller at 50 (as well as other sellers for less)

24 looks like an outlier, and it sold a day after it went all-class (I think)

Going with 35-50

Kind of a large range though... Couldn't you do 40-50? (only one sale at 35, while there are two sales ~50)

The range isn't that bad, really. You also have the 2 for sale at 35. I was considering removing 50, even.

Right. So 2 sales supporting 50 (high end). Only 1 sale supporting 30 (low end)

35 is the low-end, though. There are two sales at around 50 for the high-end, and 1 sale, as well as two up for sale at 35 for the low-end. The sellers are both 9 days old. It wouldn't make any sense to exclude 35 from the range.
