You can't base a low-end with buyers, as buyers show that a certain price is low. You can just go 23 keys flat here.

Since I can't track any other copies of this hat, and I'm gonna assume that you're not planning on reselling, I'm guess this is enough proof for now.

This is technically bought for a friend, and he doesn't plan to sell it at all. Kinda doesn't like trading.
