That unsold is over 2 months old. I dont feel like a raise is appropriate for an item that cant sell at current for over two months.
The offers on the seller's link reflect the price of the suggestion and it did sell for the freshly priced Stetson. :D
Suggestions aim to reflect pure values, and apparently this hat does not manage to sell for 55 pure for over two months (with autobump). Prices here generally reflect what hats have recently sold for, and the threshold for that is 3 months. If it remains unsold for longer, then that means that in the entire time frame for which this suggestion should reflect a pure value, it did not manage to sell for 55 (and 55 is practically current).
With that in mind, it should be clear that 55-68 is farther off what this hat can realisticly get in pure than its current value, i.e I do not see the suggested value as a better representation than its current value.
So what do i do with the Sammy Cap then
its too bad that that sale happened through classifieds. Im almost willing to bet that MB had a lower pure buyout than 82 on the sammy, even though his buyouts are often above current.
I guess you can use a value of 55 for that mini, and postpone this update until the 55 dude sells; you can update it at what it sells for then, giving it a flat value.
There's also one other sale here, where it sold + 65 keys for a shadows pomade (~103)

Seller there had a BO of 53. That sale is gonna end up low, and I wouldnt use that for the bucket either, but its yet another indication that 55-68 will be on the high side.
The right answer is let it stand for a month to see if there are additional sales. :D
Agreeing with Foamy here, if something cant sell for over 2 months at a price, anything above it seems pretty high.
It did sell. It was also offered more then the buyout on the listed trade in those two months. The seller is not required to take an offered unusual, even if "overpay" is over the buyout.
