    I'm afraid to say but there is only 1 seller @ 3.55 it would have been better to suggest 3.54 or 3.56 as there are more sellers

      not how it works. you round to nearest 5 ... coulda rounded to 3.6 here actually but 3.55 is extra accurate

        If this was a higher tier item I would've rounded to 3.6 but in this low of a tier I don't really see any reason to. :D
