this seems really low considering i sold a duped one for 55 or 60 pure just before it actually went all-class... http://backpack.tf/item/2184287029 outa date tho and I have seen a few advertised in this range before. Other sales on this dupe kinda make 60 feel outlier-ish... idk i know of one other sale that fits in this range, but I couldn't find the hat (no premium) so anyone feel free to chime in with other sales. More than happy to re-suggest
