There should always be enough evidence to back up the new proposed value. However, it appears that the evidence is not strong enough, or cherry-picked in a way that does not represent the actual market value of the item. Therefore, this suggestion has been closed.

So in my math the value of this is 18.

31 - 13 = 18 so that leftover is valued as the bliz ;p

This sale is invalid for two reasons:

1, It's too much of a bulk sale to be used for a hat like this.

2, This is a sale for the STRANGE variant. If there were no non-strange ones this could MAYBE pass, but there's 3 non-strange ones, so this would be invalid.

Wait for another sale.

1. Explain that? The helmet comfortably takes up <50% of the total sale's value.

The valley forge on it's own is almost twice as much as the herald's suggested price, and if you include the key added then that's even higher. I could see this sale being viable as a supportive sale or maybe even to give a hat a range, but not as something to price a hat on it's own flat price.

Not to mention that the DP Full metal drill isn't even up to date. It could be raising in price for all we know, which would make this sale even more detached.
