I am the buyer of the hat. Currently the auction price was 30 key's. I payed overpay of 40 keys in unusuals
plus becuase of the sale's. this should be 40 or 30 keys

The trade was open for a few hours only and sold for way above the B/O, so it should be overlooked. Not sure if this will work or another sale will be needed given the big difference between the pure B/O and the complete value of the sale.
Yeah, sometimes the BO is ignored it it sold quickly for overpay. IDK about here tho.

I sold the toy soldier to the person that went on to auction it. He even linked me the auction one time. I don't have screenshots but add him and he could probably show you giving it to the scrap.tf bots. It wad also a really short action.
Scrap.tf auctions are perfectly valid to use.
Oh alright. Still not sure if the sale can be capped at 27 here. As the auction itself was not capped at 27.
The issue I have is that the Outpost buyout was still up at the same time, so it's not as if the bidders couldn't see that the auctioneer was interested in getting 27 Keys for it.
And yes, the top bidder was the nappers and fro which ended up winning
