Smaller range for a very rare hat. Two sales-- one with cash on marketplace.tf, another with keys. Credits to 42 for proper conversion.

1st sale

This hat sold for $200 on the 24th of October.

http://puu.sh/ssifx/408ae8cc4b.png -- my conversation with the person who bought it for $200.

http://imgur.com/CFjFucu -- the screenshot they've linked me to.

http://backpack.tf/item/2034953927 -- the hat went from a marketplace.tf bot to Dragon Balls on the 24th of October, exactly as shown in the screenshot. Dates coincide.

$200 / 1.1 = $181.81 / $2 = 90.9 (91 keys) would be the low-end, while 100 (without taxes) would be the high-end.

2nd sale

I bought it today for 60 keys. The seller was originally asking for 110 keys, but I was able to talk him down to that price.

I have no intention of selling this hat anytime soon.

On the topic of the range-- it is quite large. Do I think any of the sales should be disregarded? Absolutely not. Given the rarity of this hat and how little it's been traded over the years, it comes off as no surprise to me that it's so valuable as a high-end. Then again, the 60 keys sale can't be ignored either. The middle range seems to me an accurate reflection of what this is worth. Not the first time I price a rare Heavy unusual with a somewhat large range (burning toque, 65-85 keys)

You need to have a low end and high end on the first sale. The tax (which you have here) would be the low end, and without the tax would be the high end.

Are you suggesting I resuggest at 60-95.5? Or that I simply add in the low-end and high-end?

If Keys are $2, then 200 / 2 would be 100 Keys, so 60 - 100, unless something proves either end an outlier.

I did suggest this earlier, but I was quickly corrected and told to take taxes into consideration/that the range is too large. These are the only two usable sales I seem to be able to find. Should I then proceed to resuggest at 60-100 taking that into consideration?

The person that allegedly bought it for 200$ resold it for 35 keys:

I'm having trouble believing someone would pay 200 bucks for a hat they then sell for 35 keys, especially seeing how that screenshot does not show which hat was purchased, but only a transaction.

I was not aware of that. I'll be closing this suggestion while waiting for a better screenshot, then.
