I like how you have 4 sales and only used 2 of them. And the other 2 are actual good sales you leave out. I just don't see the logic. Also only using sales with 2016 effects. Seems bullshit enough to me. I bought one regardless since this suggestion should not go through with this crazy low price and leaving out 2 recent sales with actual priced items.
4th sale supports the range and should be used to price the Chul. The 3rd sale is a clear high outlier.
Yeah, because it dose not include unpriced 2016 effects that are unstable as fuck atm? Seems to me you look to lower this hat just because you can. I just can't support this suggestion. Nothing personal but the sales you use I find unreasonable.

With three sales supporting this lower price I see no reason why this is unusable. Also, Halloween hats came out 2 months ago and they're all being priced now. They are no longer "unstable as fuck". You are just biased because you own one of these.

I see no price on the Victory lap, vive or executioner being present. I don't agree with the prices since you seem to be using the lowest you can find of sales and using them. Sorry but that seems more like ruining the price of a stable hat than anything.
