Final Verdict:

This is a really weird one. I can't use Sale 2 for the Spellbound Barnstormer and roll with 75 flat because that would place the Spellbound Barnstormer at 50, which is about half of it's current price, which I guarantee is countered by Scrap.tf.

I've chosen to go with a large range here, I think both sales are valid here and they should both be included.
