To start off, mindacos is involved because he's the one who finds the proof and puts the suggestions together. He just takes all the ones he makes and sends them to me, because he's a mod and can't make suggestions himself.

You can check if a hat already has an open suggestion by going to its stats page and scrolling down to the recent suggestions section of the page. If there are any that haven't been accepted or closed, then someone's made a suggestion for it. Theres no way to tell if someone's midway through a suggestion, though.

As far as finding sales on marketplace, I'm honestly not sure how you do that, sorry.
