Might just be me.. but I feel like things shouldn't be dropped if people give a 15-20% discount for cash :/

I see that kind of discount all the time. Drop should be substantiated if there are enough discounted sales in my opinion. Plus, I think this hat is OP'ed compared to others.

It is only 1 sale though.

For rare & low quantity hats, I would take whatever sales/comps I could get b/c you're not going to get much sales data unless it's a frequently traded hat. In the case of this hat, I say it's OP'ed b/c it's multi-class for only 2 classes when you have other BF effect all-class hats trading much lower in price. Just my 2 cents.

Okay so, the noh does not have any new sales. After some discussion, we've decided that this should get a more radical update, especially since many hats depend on this.

With the sale I provided being a middle ground between 525 and 355, a range of 355-525 will work here. That will influence the plumbers and the misty veil (that depends on the plumbers) as well
