Suggesting flat 73 keys
Green confetti Law is priced at 60 keys; not at it matters but just as reference.
I strongly suspect Scrap.tf pays more than this.
I bet you are wrong because scrap.tf does not buy any unusuals priced higher than 150 anymore. At least that's how their policy has been for a while now.

Looks like it sold in around 3 days, which is a rather short amount of time for something of this value.
I don't mind keeping it up for a while to see if more trades occur. It is the only trade during the last 3 month and does not strike me as an immediate quicksell, tbh, especially with similar effects being traded at a much lower price.
quicksells are based on time taken to sell. this is most definitely a quicksell
While time is a factor, I have seen plenty of sales which have been used in suggestions that were only a day old. I understand that this drop is quite drastic but it actually represents the hat's value better.
i doubt those sales that were only 1 day old did not drop the unusual by 60% though
I've lost my law anyway
why the price is not changed ?
An excellent question which only the mods can answer.

Sale 3: Untraceable

There are two eligible sales that could have been this law (two sales occurred in the time frame allotted).
Im very much not in favor of updating this based on a SCM quicksale from someone that evidently converted to CSGO

All other exchanges here are untracable or juggles by scammers and scammer alts, so nothing else can be used here. Also the policy you are referencing is not completely true. They still have buy orders for hats above 150, though it seems they've altered it recently, as before, they also had buy orders on items priced at ~200.
For now, this is better left unupdated. While current may be high, 73 is very likely too low, in addition of being uncertain as we can't know which of those two sales was this law.
