No buyers at 59, they are 56. Xergoyf recommended 65 since theres 3 sales there and, at the time, there were two sellers at 64

Although Im very interested in making this 70-90, because the burning one has the same range in its sugg and I have mild OCD lol

This will probably need a steeper drop. A seller has 2 at 75 (relister), has had one for a month and a half. Id say 65-80 or 70-80 is more appropriate here; most of the higher sales are quite old and a lot of lower sales have occurred as well. Two other suggestions (PE blast defense and DaD GC) also support the harsher drop. All sales have mentioned happened in the past month, during which it has been fairly stable at 70-80
