I thought I commented here a few days ago but apparently I did not (oops).

This is best left outdated for now; the pan sale is much lower and it is now unsold at 950 for almost a month. Not really sure about sale 1 supporting the raise either, most notably because the buyer there was the one that resold it in the (much lower) pan sale.

Last time I dealt with this hat, it also struggled to sell around 900 and as I recall, that has been the case for a long time. That may have been a while back so it does not weigh heavily in my decision, but it was one of the things that made me hesistant here.
