We have sales at 45,55 & 87.

Your range of 60-65 isn't supported by any of the actual trades.

I haven't checked for other sales but I'd either close this and wait for other sales since the range looks pretty wide with the current sales or just not price it for now especially when owning one as you might be biased on its value.

so i see 55 and minor sweets, where is 60 from??? can't just pull values out of thin air :/
