There are buy orders at 25 and old buy orders (that you can't see but mods can see) at 26. That's probably where the sale at 26 came from. The other 26 sale went in less than a day and the 28 sale took 2 days. It's reasonable to wonder whether 26 should even be in the range.
As indicated above, there is a sale at 34 pure, so that has to be in the range. Whether the range here is 26-34 or 28-34 is certainly debatable. I think either could work.
